Oak Brook Commons Apartment Tower

Connelly Electric is proud to have played a key role in the development of this innovative 17-story apartment complex in the Village of Oak Brook. Our team's expertise was essential in delivering the 250 luxurious residences, each averaging a spacious 1,055 square feet and equipped with cutting-edge electrical systems. We were also integral in designing and implementing the resort-style amenities, including the elevated pool deck, premium fitness center, and the unique sports lounge with a golf simulator. 

Our success on this project was made possible through strong partnerships with industry leaders. We collaborated closely with Hines Development, the visionary behind this mixed-use community, and W.E. O'Neil Construction, the general contractor responsible for expertly managing the build. The design by Antunovich Associates served as the foundation for our electrical installations, while teamwork with Alvine Engineering, Carnegis Group, and Confluence Architects ensured that every component of the electrical infrastructure adhered to the highest standards of quality and innovation.
