Connelly Electric partnered with Featherstone Construction to construct this 39,000 SF research and development facility with a 3,564 SF expansion of the existing head house; 4,056 SF addition to the existing pole barn, and 17,280 SF of poly propagation houses.  This new facility leverages new technologies that were pioneered in agriculture, medicine, and other fields to develop new flower & plant varieties, and explore more functional uses of plants, including innovation, increased efficiencies, & new development. 

Benefits Delivered: 

  • BIM coordination allowed the pre-fabrication of all conduit racks 
  • Offsite unpacking and carting of fixtures allowed less waste to be handled and disposed of onsite.
