Connelly Electric partnered with Premier Design & Build Group to perform a comprehensive interior construction project encompassing both office and warehouse spaces.  The 78,319 SF warehouse was a central aspect of the project with the 22,420 SF open offices serving a dual purpose, such as a workspace and an expansive product showroom.  The space was adorned with high-end finishes, featuring custom lighting fixtures, acoustic ceilings, demountable wall systems, and exquisite wall coverings and plaster wall finishes.  Amenities included a work café with a barista area, adorned with a double-sided LED fireplace, and contributed to the inviting atmosphere.  Huddle and quiet rooms complemented the functional and aesthetic elements of the project.
