UI Health Outpatient Surgery Center & Specialty Clinic (OSSC)

Connelly Electric partnered with Pepper Construction and Shive Hattery to construct a new six-story, 205,000 SF building with a partial basement located at the SE corner of Taylor & Wood Streets in Chicago, with a bridge to the U of I hospital, on the north side of Taylor Street.  The interior buildout includes operating rooms, sterile processing, and pre and post care facilities.  An imaging suite with MRI and Pet CT, as well as a pharmacy, lobby, reception area, and receiving facilities are located on the first floor.  The upper floors consist of clinic rooms for Urology, Transplant, GI procedures, Ophthalmology, and Otolaryngology.
